PEDICURING

I.  MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENTS:

a.      Soap and water

b.     Trash bag

c.       Towels and paper

d.     Cuticle pusher

e.      Orange wood stick

f.       Emery board

g.      Cotton

h.     Bath basins

i.        Nail brush

j.        Toe nail clipper

k.     Polish remover

l.        Cuticle softener

m.   Cuticle oil

n.     Hand lotion

o.      Nail polish

II.  PROCEDURE:  

     01.  Wash hands

     02.  Set up table

     03.  Wash patron's hands

     04.  Take water for 2 baths

p.     1^st warm water + soap

q.      2^nd warm water

     05.  Ask patron to remove her shoe and soak her foot into 1^st bath 5 minutes

     06.  Protect yourself

     07.  Remove patron's foot then soak it in 2^nd bath

     08.  Brush patron's foot

     09.  Remove it from 2^nd bath then dry toe nails

     10.  Remove old polish

     11.  File toe nails

     12.  Soak patron's foot again in 2^nd bath

     13.  Remove it, blot dry

     14.  Apply cuticle softener

     15.  Remove dead cuticle by pusher

     16.  Trim dead cuticle by nipper

     17.  Apply cuticle oil and massage

     18.  Apply hand lotion and massage foot

     19.  Brush toenails

     20.  Blot dry

     21.  Apply polish
