EYEBROW ARCHING BY WAXING AND TWEEZING

I.  TITLES:

II.  MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT:

            *  Soap and water                                                      *  Facial tissues

            *  Record card                                                                        *  Sanex strip

            *  Disposal bag                                                           *  Eyebrow brush

            *  Paper sheet                                                             *  Waxing powder

            *  Towels, head band, booties                                                *  Heater

            *  Wet sanitizer                                                           *  Cleansing cream

            *  Cotton                                                                     *  Honey wax

            *  Spatula                                                                    *  Linen

            *  Scissors                                                                    *  After wax lotion

                                                                                                *  Astringent

III.  PROCEDURE:

            01.  Wash hands

            02.  Set up table

            03.  Fix head rest

            04.  Adjust back of the chair

            05.  Resanitize hands

            06.  Cover paper sheet on facial chair

            07.  Drape patron for facial

            08.  Examine patron's skin

            09.  Organize facial tissues

            10.  Apply cleansing cream on eyebrow area, spread and remove

11.    Brush eyebrow on desired shape

12.    Heat the wax

13.    Apply eye pad (+eye pad lotion)

14.    Apply powder on wax area

15.    Test temperature on the wrist

16.    Apply warm wax (same direction of hair growth)

17.    Put linen, hard press quickly, pull against direction of hair growth

18.    Remove by tweezers some resistant hairs:

-  Make cotton ring on finger

-  Remove unwanted hairs, one by one

19.    Massage treatment area

20.    Apply after wax lotion

21.    Apply astringent

22.    Blot excess astringent

23.    Undrape client

24.    Fill record card

25.    Clean up

26.    Wash hands
