 I.  MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT:

-         Soap and water

-         Towels, head band, booties

-         Disposal bag

-         Paper sheet

-         Facial tissue

-         Spatula

-         Wet sanitizer

-         Sanex strip

-         Cotton

-         Cleansing mask (Scrub mask)

-         Cleansing cream

-         Massage cream

-         Astringent

-         Eye pad lotion

-         Record card

II.  PROCEDURE:

            01.  Wash hands

            02.  Setup table

            03.  Fix head rest

            04.  Adjust the back of the chair

            05.  Resanitize hands

            06.  Cover facial chair by paper sheet

            07.  Drape patron for facial

            08.  Examine facial skin

            09.  Organize facial tissues

            10.  Apply cleansing cream, spread and remove by facial tissues

            11.  Apply eye pad (+ eye pad lotion)

            12.  Apply scrub mask

            13.  Remove mask by water towels

            14.  Apply massage cream spread

            15.  Give manipulation

            16.  Remove massage cream

            17.  Apply astringent

            18.  Blot excess astringent

            19.  Undrape patron

            20.  Fill record card

            21.  Clean up

            22.  Wash hands
